2013 NCAA Bracket Picks: Gators and Hoosiers Stand Above The Rest

by Matt Woods | February 15th, 2013

Three weeks still remain in the regular season, but the national title picture is beginning to take focus. In fact, in our 2013 NCAA bracket picksĀ Florida and Indiana have separated themselves considerably from the field. Our bracket picks give the Gators a 23% shot to win the championship and the Hoosiers a 20% chance.

No other school has more than 8% odds in our 2013 bracket picks.

Both teams have what look to be winnable road games this weekend, as Indiana takes on rival Purdue and Florida travels to Auburn. Neither opponent has any chance of making in the tournament in our current NCAA bracket picks.

I believe Indiana is over ranked this season due to the history the school has in the post season. Indiana tends to crumble under pressure when games really matter. Cody zeller and watford are not consistent. One game they may be player of the year, the next game they look out of place. Also, Indiana’s defense is horrible. They give up to many points. I think Miami U is the team to watch in the tournament.
