As that would mean 2 additional RPI Top100-wins on road (@Denver, @NMSU) + almost Top100 win over Utah State, it would be pretty solid chance. Especially if that loss in final would come against Denver or NMSU.

That said, La.Tech is probably underdog in both of afore-mentioned road games and IMO they would need both. Thus, I doubt this scenario holds...</description>
