I think the inclusion of Milwaulkee in "midwest's best markets" for talent is humorous. Indy, Chicago, Cleveland somewhat sure. STL not at all. KC barely relevant. I like Cincy a little bit and would include Detroit or Flint if either qualify as Midwestern. I realize it was just a passing commentary, but my brain began churning on recruitment. Nice piece.
