GENERAL THOUGHTS ON THE SOUTHWEST REGION
- SLEEPER ALERT: USC/VCU winner or Richmond. I could easily see both teams in the Sweet 16, or in USC / VCU's case, the Elite Eight. Georgetown has been dreadful without Chris Wright and it's unclear if he'll be back at full strength for the Tournament.
- The bottom quarter of this bracket is a real snoozer for me. A&M and FSU both play great defense; Notre Dame might be the least explosive top-16 seed outside of Wisconsin.
- I loved Louisville's performance in the Big East Tournament but I think Kansas just has too much inside for the Cardinals to handle.
