Do you even watch the Missouri Valley? Or do research on your own?

Maybe this is why you are writing for a website and not a publication.

@James

Thanks for your comments.

I completely disagree that I overlooked Osiris. That guy can play. I named him the best pro prospect in the Valley this week in MVC Awards article. He is however irrelevant in this piece (newcomers).

Neither Ruffin nor Crouch were called newcomers. They are only mentioned in this article because the two Bradley newcomers (Warren and Sam) are supplemental pieces. They supplement the Bradley stars.

Illinois State has no important newcomers. All of their quality exists in Seniors (JuCo) and traditional sophomores.

It is great to have Valley fans on this website. Rest assured no one does more research on the league than I.

Check out the MVC Tournament recap on here for a comprehensive recap of your Redbirds. Things should be interesting in St. Loo, starting March 6th.

How you wrote an article this late in the season and made no mention of Illinois State is unbelievable! They are second in the conference and have one of the most talented players in the valley in Osiris Eldridge. He's currently tied for the conference scoring lead with 16.3 points and is thirteenth in the league with 5.3 rebounds a game as a shooting guard. While he is still learning when to let the game come to him instead of forcing shoots, he is one of the most, if not the most, electric played in the valley. Your title is a misnomer as well because Ruffin and Crouch are anything but new to fans of the valley. Do a little more research next time or at least title the article correctly.

Stinnett definitely is the best scorer. Try to see Warren in the Bracketbuster event. He is a very athletic guy that just needed the confidence element added to his game.

Incidently there was a foreigner on Evansville, Pieter van Tongeren, who I wanted to include but he put up a couple of stinkers with me in attendance. Apparently he can rebound, but I havent seen it yet.

@ Andrew Force. I think Stinnett will be the best of the three you mentioned. He can score in bursts. Like Dana Altman said, he needs to become more consistent, but that will happen over time with experience. Fay fits will into SIU's system, although he could develop a little more offense(even though the Salukis don't really think that way.) I can't comment on Warren as I have not seen Bradley much this year.
