2013 NCAA Tournament Sites and Dates: Future Locations and Schedule
Below are the NCAA tournament sites and dates for 2013 and 2014. Each 1st and 2nd round NCAA tournament location will host a total of eight teams with the NCAA tournament schedule taking place on either Thursday and Saturday or Friday and Sunday. The NCAA tournament sites for the Regional semifinals and finals will host four teams and will also play their games on either Thursday/Saturday or Friday/Monday.
The host for each NCAA tournament site may not play at that site. Also, every effort is made to ensure that teams that are seeded 4th are better are not placed in an NCAA tournament location that could give a home court advantage to an opponent in the first two rounds. The NCAA tournament dates that correspond to the sites can also be important as, for example, BYU may not be placed on a path that could have the Cougars playing on a Sunday.
